Introduction:
The grapes are hand-picked and then dried for 25 - 30 days before vinification. Refinement takes place in French and North American oak barrels with a capacity of 500 litres for about 12 - 15 months, followed by 6 months refinement in the bottle. A clear wine with a garnet red colour, an intense and complex aroma with perceived ripe fruit, minerals and spices. It is dry, warm and smooth on the palate.
